Yay! Thanks!

I'm researching bioregionalism topics in depth for a film / writing / website project ... and along comes this wonderful news / article! Yay!

I've long thought that bioregionalism, permaculture and degrowth were among examples of a larger movement, which I call "the eco-cultural movement," which are about shifting or changing culture itself, to embody ecological wisdom everywhere.

That basically means that I see our ecological crises as a cultural crisis, which is precisely what bioregionalism and permaculture and degrowth (etc.) have been telling us for a long time now.

I can simply LINK to your article on The R-Word. Or you could join the R-Word team now and I can run your article there as well -- my preference. Either way, I'll post it on the R-Word, though I prefer to run it with you as among our writing team at The R-Word.

Presently, most of my time and energy is going toward making a documentary film about bioregionalism -- history and present. So this wonderful news and article landed at the ideal moment.

I'm also compiling as much of a comprehensive list of bioregionalism resources as I can muster up -- books, articles, essays, films... the whole enchilada. So you can see that this is an opportune moment for all of us bioregionalists.
