Citibank is the COSTCO bank for earning points redeemable as money every year. There are SO MANY Costco members that have CitiBank cards that I would suggest asking Costco to change banks. Has this been tried? Perhaps focusing a campaign on Costco to drop Citibank would be a good strategy.
