I remember when the city or whoever it was,took our backyard in Norwalk California. Destroying our big cherry trees and yard where I would play half the day. Very traumatizing. I loved the cherry blossoms,birds and grass.
The only way that I see this working would be to take a lane on an already built highway and put a train on it that would go the same speed limit or a little slower for safety. Not Take peoples land!!!
